• Must be Forklift certified

• Operate process equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Inspect equipment, machinery, and processes and troubleshoot and correct equipment and production issues, which includes frequent movement throughout the facility,

BesTemps is seeking skilled machine operators to run and maintain equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will operate machinery, monitor production processes, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities of a Machine Operator

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
• Test operation of machines periodically
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Ability to read technical blueprints
• Experience operating industrial machines

Requirements for a Machine Operator

• Proven experience as a machine operator (1 year minimum)
• MUST have a clean background
• MUST be able to pass a drug test.
• MUST have reliable transportation.
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
• High school diploma or equivalent
